One of the primary ways the Navy League supports the sea services is through unit and ship adoptions. Navy League councils around the world provide support of personnel and their families from the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Coast Guard, and U.S.-flagged Merchant Marine. Councils also adopt youth programs such as the Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Navy League Cadet Corps, Young Marines, and Junior Navy/Marine Corps ROTC programs.

The Kingsville Navy League has adopted five sea service commands for our targeted support: Naval Air Station (NAS) KINGSVILLE, Training Air Wing TWO, Training Squadron TWO ONE, Training Squadron TWO TWO, and Donna ISD Marine Corps JROTC.
